The programme will see a young manager (18-25 years old) join Harbourside for a paid six month placement. The manager will then be empowered to bring on a new artist or band, also aged between 18-25 and identifying as having a disability or long term health condition. The band or Artist will be funded for the release of an EP project (4-6 tracks) to include studio sessions, mixing, mastering, a music video and a PR campaign for the release. The artist and band will have the full support of the manager on the DEP and the Harbourside Artist Management team throughout the six month campaign.
