Merry Christmas to all from Harbourside as we come to the end of a truly memorable year. It was our first ‘independent’ year after the little help from Arts Council and the MMF to get us started, and well, things have gone well.
We’ve collaborated with the likes of Rayban, Pinterest and Warner Music, as well as seen out artists play at the Super Bowl, alongside Katy Perry, Texas and Nerina Pallot to name a few. We finally got back on the road with trips to Japan and True Colors Festival and later to Cuba for a British Council funded collaboration with Eyeife festival.
Our first ever Disability Empowerment Programme supported by Youth Music helped put TU3SDAY as one of the artists to watch in 2023, after support from 6Music, Jamz Supernova and DJ Mag. Shout out to the amazing intern on the project George Buckthought and to Virgin Music for jumping on board with the programme.
Debut album plans, Sunday Times Style cover shoots, BBC Radio 2 features, two documentaries shot for major tv networks, curating an exhibition at Crystal Bridges Museum, zero gravity flights, keynotes at PTTOW, music sessions with androids (yes) – there really hasn’t been a dull moment.
2023, what have you got?! Some big announcements coming soon on the advocacy front, but for now a merry Christmas and a happy new year to all.
