Harbourside artist Musa Motha has won the hearts of another nation, after being selected to star in the America’s Got Talent Fantasy League series aired in the early part of 2024 on US major network television.
Musa was selected by Simon Cowell following his performances in the UK version of the show, where he battled through an initial audition and a semi-final before narrowly missing out in the final.
He became the first contestant in the UK show’s history to receive a group golden buzzer for his audition performance, a memory which stuck deep with Cowell who made Musa his ‘first pick’ in the US show, which saw talent from across the globe selected by each judge.
Musa again wowed the judges and audience in the US version, cruising through his initial performance and then receiving another golden buzzer in the the semi-final to take his place in the final.
It wasn’t to be in the final despite another breathtaking performance, but everyone at Harbourside is immensely proud of Musa’s performance and achievements stateside.
